Jas left us expecting more.

We worked with Jas on our wedding. On and before our wedding day she was fairly attentive looking for vendors when one of our dropped out. Jas was accommodating in changing weekly appointments to meet our busy schedule. Unfortunately, the week before our wedding she missed our checkup without warning we had many concerns that she meeting without notification as with any couple a week before their wedding has lots of things to sort out. Later finding this was due to a death in her family which was unexpected for her but lacked the professionalism to notify us by looking at other reviews, of any of her clients.

On the day of our wedding it was challenging with our venue having issues, she did handle them well but did not come prepared with the latest information regarding when our bar was supposed to end so the hour extension the venue offered was 30-minute short. This caused panic and rage when the bar was closed as the DJ called for "last call"

Her attention detail to in the small this was off custom napkins left in plastic wrappers on our cocktail hour tables.

In communication with Jas, we expressed interest in getting an iPhone recording of our wedding. She offered to use her phone if we bring a tripod, this is something she stated she has done before. It has been over a month with multiple messages asking for said videos either met with I will send them by tomorrow or dead silence. It is unfortunate for us that we even need to include this into a review but I think this sheds some light on Jas's communication skills

We do appreciate all the effort Jas and her team put into the event. Reflecting back on our wedding a month later I am not sure I would recommend Jas to another Couple

The best money you will spend!

We could never thank the team at Weddings By Jas for helping us to have such a stress free wedding day, as well as all the help in the final month of planning to really make sure we had everything covered. Kashish was our coordinator for the day of and we truly enjoyed our time with her so much. She was very fun and easy to talk to, and was such a big advocate for us on the day of our wedding which made all the difference. She insured our day ran smoothly and was such a support and problem solver through the inevitable hiccups of a wedding day. We also really appreciated decor set up and tear down being part of their package as it alleviated a lot of pressure from friends and family who already had a full morning of getting ready and photos. It also meant at the end of the night, we had a very easy time packing up our boxes and everything was accounted for. I would highly encourage everyone planning a wedding to hire their own coordinator, and Weddings by Jas is the best of the best!

The best Coordinator!

Kashish was amazing—honestly, we don’t know how we would’ve managed the day without her. Our venue was on Toronto islands, so logistics weren't straight forward, but she helped ensure it all ran smoothly.

Throughout the planning, she kept us on top of all the little details and was always so positive. She made sure everything we wanted was included.

We loved having access to all the digital materials they provided, and Kashish was always there whenever we needed her.

On the big day, she was fantastic, keeping everything on track and making sure we were all where we needed to be at the right time.

We highly recommend Kashish to anyone. She really helped make our day the best it could be!

Jasmine Was Amazing

Jasmine was amazing to deal with and she helped us plan an amazing wedding. She was always on top of us with what the next plan was and helped us come to solutions in stressful situations. Her communication was incredible. Thank you so much Jasmine for all of your help :)

Great Experience!

Jasmine is calm and tentative to her brides. The experience I had with Jasmine was warm, welcoming she literally feels like one of the girlfriends. Her check in with me every week, to see where things were in the wedding, showed she really cares. This isn't just a job for her..you can see it's her passion and she really wants the bride, to have a great once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Jasmine for everything, you were there from beginning to end, and your team Kash was awesome. Thanks Kash for zipping up my dress! Wonderful team... Truly missed but not forgotten ❤️ thank you for planning my day and sticking beside me❤️

From the first time I met with Jasmine she was extremely caring and detailed oriented. Jasmine was so easy to talk to and communicate with in our detail meetings and was more then supporting for whatever crazy issue or crazy idea I had created!

To the very last minute of the night she was great with set up and tear down and ensuring we were covered in all aspects of the wedding. She really put total effort as almost like we were her family which made it even more special.

Nick and I are more then greatful to have had such and amazing wedding planner and would recommend Jasmine to any person who asked us.

Thank you for making our night seamless and unforgettable ❤️

Amazing experience with Jasmine's month-of coordination!

Our wedding day would not have as enjoyable for us or our family without Jasmine's help. We DIY'd all of our flowers and most of our decor and didn't want our family to have to do set up and tear down so we needed a month-of coordinator.
Jasmine's attention to detail was amazing from our first meeting. We met for over an hour, a month before our wedding and then half an hour each subsequent week leading up to the day. More information was filled out each time, and she took extensive notes. She always got back to us within hours of us reaching out to her. Jasmine took the time to connect directly with our vendors and make sure everyone was on the same page by the day of the wedding. Leveraging her personal relationships and kind personality, she was able to help make sure our wedding went off without hitch (and there were indeed obstacles).
Jasmine went above and beyond by helping our out of town family members book dinners in the days leading up to the wedding and helping them get in contact with local make up artists.
She picked up 15 boxes-worth of flowers and decor from my parent's house at 6:30am the day of the wedding, and we walked into the ceremony space later in the morning with everything looking fantastic and just as we had talked about in our calls.
Honestly, she is probably the best vendor we booked. Highly, highly, highly recommended, especially for those who are planning to DIY.
