We highly recommend Weddings by Miranda to anyone planning a wedding. If you want to truly enjoy your big day and have everything flow perfectly, you need to hire Miranda. She goes above and beyond what you would expect from a day-of coordinator.
In the months leading up to our wedding, Miranda scheduled multiple calls with us, offering invaluable insights, meticulously going through our timeline, and providing us with detailed checklists. On the day of the wedding, she arrived early to set up all of our decorations, place menus and place cards, and organize every little detail.
Miranda guided me through each moment of the day, ensuring our timeline stayed on track. She prepped everyone for their speeches, letting them know when it was their turn, and even reminded us when it was time for sunset photos. Every single detail of the day was flawless, all thanks to her. We truly don't know what we would have done without her.
As if that wasn't enough, she also put together a video of the entire day, allowing us to relive the memories the next morning. If you're looking for the most incredible coordinator for your wedding, don't hesitate to hire Miranda. You won’t regret it! -

My husband and I hired Miranda as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in May 2024. Throughout the entire planning process, Miranda made herself readily available for any questions, and I certainly had a lot of them! Miranda was so patient and kind with us, she offered ample support and suggestions when asked. Miranda is extremely organized and has amazing attention for small details. She made our wedding day go off without a hitch, it was truly the best day ever for us both all thanks to her. Thank you a million times over Miranda, you truly are the best! -

Miranda is an absolute dream to work with. We hired her to do day of coordination for our wedding, and are so glad we did.
Leading up to the day, we worked with her to create a full document of everything for the day. She helped us set up our entire timeline, down to when to have each speech, who should dance when, etc.
We did all our own decor, instead of renting or having a florist. We had an idea of what we thought should happen with it, but we gave Miranda the final decisions to make it all look best in the moment, and it was phenomenal.
From keeping us on track, to handling a seating chart issue, Miranda did it all and we are SO THANKFUL! -

We hired Miranda for our fall 2023 wedding and wow! Miranda was so amazing and made our day so much easier! I've already recommended her to a few of my friends and if you're on the fence I would say you should 100% hire her! Her rates were super reasonable and fit the package we were looking for, she's very organized and so sweet. Made it much easier for us to relax and enjoy the day! -

Hire Miranda! Just do it!!!
Hiring her was the BEST decision we ever made! Miranda gets right there in the action and does what she can to help. She is so organized too – and she really knows what she is doing! You do not have to worry about anything!
She brought my new husband and I hot apple cider while we were doing some bridal shots outside (I was cold!) along with some appetizers during cocktail hour. I started to hit a wall right before dinner and she went to our dinner buffet and got us food! She also set up décor and at the end of the night, packed us all up and when I got home and in the next few days after the wedding, she packed us up so well-everything was accounted for. She understood how we organized everything and she was our mind reader and at our beck and call. She really was our Champion of the night! She also gave us prompts for time and was great at communicating with the venue, our ceremony performers and our DJ. I have no idea what I would have done without her but honestly, please consider hiring wedding day coordinator. Best money you will ever spend! You save on time with loved ones and time to actually sit back and enjoy your wedding. At one point, I was alone at my head table eating my food that Miranda brought me and just looking at everyone and enjoying my views. I could not have done that without her- the venue staff were great at my wedding but it’s not the same. Miranda has you and only you on her mind and she takes care of you! She has great energy and was so good at remembering little details! Thank you Miranda for everything! There are not enough words to say thank you!!! -

Wow, wow, wow, Miranda is Amazing! You need to hire
Where do I even begin. Miranda was the most professional, organized, and kindest person to work with. I could not have remotely even imagined my day without her. We got married Nov 5, 2022 and from day one Miranda was always checking in to see how we were doing with planning, helped set up our decor, provided constant and consistant communication and most importantly made sure everything ran perfect/smoothly. I could not recommend Miranda more. By the end of the day I felt like she was my friend because she truly cared about our wedding. You can tell she absolutly loves what she does and is amazing at it! Seriously, if you are looking for an amazing, caring, and professional planner look no further. My friends and family still rave about "how amazing the wedding planner was".

October 15th/2022 - Amazing Coordinator!
From the start - Miranda has been exceptional in keeping us well organized and on track for our wedding. She would help us through our wedding checklist and made it easy for us to not be stressed out about our wedding. She helped us by offering good suggestions/recommendations with our timeline to make the experience more fun and enjoyable. She would listen to our concerns and helped us figure out the solutions to what we need done. Although she was our Day-of-Coordinator, she was there to help us along our journey from the Beginning, to walking down the Aisle, to help organize and clean up at the end of the Night. We could not have asked for a better person to keep us calm and organized throughout the day! She is a very joyous and a delight to work with, making sure we were okay and well all throughout our Reception. Our wedding party loved her, our parents loved her, our guests thought she was Incredible and we truly could not have pulled off such a wonderful day without all her help. Highly recommend her to be your Wedding Day-of-Coordinator! Thank you Miranda!!! -
