I had the pleasure of working with Kait for our wedding. Kait and her team were professional and brought the experience to make our big day stress free. Kait was professional from the first day we spoke. On the day of my wedding I had not one stressful moment, in fact, it felt like a dream. I felt as though I was glided through each moment. Every key point was hit right on time and I honestly wish I could go back to do it all over again!

Kait is absolutely incredible and made our wedding date run perfectly and smoothly! From our first call, we were 100% confident that we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is so stressful and during the month leading up to the wedding I had a million thoughts running through my mind but Kait took care of all the little details and if there were any issues, we had no clue! We were able to fully enjoy the day knowing that Kait and her assistant had everything under control. She is also so down-to-earth and easy to work with that it felt like I was working with a friend the whole time! We cannot recommend her enough for all your wedding planning needs!

Kait and her team (Karoline, Crystal) were exactly what my wife and I needed for our wedding day to be perfect. As we used them for the day of coordination, Karoline took over and executed our venue setup (UBC Boathouse) to what we wanted and more. She brought our vision to life and also brought her own experience and flare to make the reception hall even exceed what we imagined.
She went ahead and contacted all the vendors prior to so that everything would run smoothly on the day of. Her calm presence and suggestions throughout the ceremony, and early evening really helped our other vendors stay on track and helped everything run smoothly.

Wild at Heart was very receptive throughout the entire process to make sure our wedding included everything that we wanted. They were also great at bouncing idea's off of and were eager to share what works/doesn't work for ceremony/reception festivities.

We hired Kait as our DOC and I’m so glad we did. I can be a type A personality and having her there was a huge stress relief. She was easy to work with, fairly priced, and responded quickly.

Kait was amazing to work with! She is very fast to answer emails and super flexible to coordinate meetings with. We used her for her day of coordination and had no problems. If there were any problems with our wedding we had no idea about it! Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend her for your special day!

Kait was my day of coordinator and she was amazing! She took the time to sit down with my not just once, but on multiple occasions before my wedding to make sure that she knew exactly what I wanted. Of course there are going to be snags in every wedding - our Commissioner was late - but Kait handled it like a pro and told me exactly what was going on so that I wasn't stressed or worried - cause what bride needs that extra stress?! Karoline and Wild at Heart Events were exactly what I needed to plan my wedding at The Loft at Earls. I felt so supported in the months leading up to our wedding. Even with a big bridal party and people offering to help, wedding planning can be lonely sometimes - Karoline and WAHE were there by my side every step of the way. With choices of day-of-coordinator, or full wedding planning, you can choose whatever suits your needs for what you need help with. It’s so helpful to have people who know the industry and can answer the questions that might seem obvious or easy to vendors, but completely confusing to a lay person like me.
