We can’t thank Kait and her team enough for everything they did to pull our wedding together. From the very beginning, they were always available to answer my questions and even suggested vendors, including the one that provided the amazing food we had. They helped me think of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to consider, and their expertise really put me at ease throughout the process. Everything ran so smoothly on the day of the wedding, my husband and I were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves. The decor looked incredible, and their attention to detail was flawless. We had such a good time, and we’re so grateful for their hard work in making our day special. Highly recommend! -

Kait is absolutely incredible and made our wedding date run perfectly and smoothly! From our first call, we were 100% confident that we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is so stressful and during the month leading up to the wedding I had a million thoughts running through my mind but Kait took care of all the little details and if there were any issues, we had no clue! We were able to fully enjoy the day knowing that Kait and her assistant had everything under control. She is also so down-to-earth and easy to work with that it felt like I was working with a friend the whole time! We cannot recommend her enough for all your wedding planning needs! -

Kait and her team (Karoline, Crystal) were exactly what my wife and I needed for our wedding day to be perfect. As we used them for the day of coordination, Karoline took over and executed our venue setup (UBC Boathouse) to what we wanted and more. She brought our vision to life and also brought her own experience and flare to make the reception hall even exceed what we imagined.
She went ahead and contacted all the vendors prior to so that everything would run smoothly on the day of. Her calm presence and suggestions throughout the ceremony, and early evening really helped our other vendors stay on track and helped everything run smoothly.

The moment I met Kait I knew that she was going to make my day the best day possible. Right away, we connected and I felt an instant trust in her. She helped me with all and any questions that I had about vendors/times and details that I would

She is so professional, empathetic and listens attentively to each detail of what the bride wants and needs.
