We took 2 years off of our wedding planning services due to planning our own wedding, and then having a baby, but we are excited to annouce that we are back in business for weddings after June, 2025! Worry Free Weddings is a wedding and event planning company based in Montreal, Quebec. We specialize in day-of coordination services, looking after the nitty-gritty bits while couples enjoy the festivities. We understand that nearlyweds have a vision of how they want their day to look, which is where the planner comes in to ensure its flawless execution.

Services Offered

Worry Free Weddings looks after everything that couples don't have time to do on the day. Offering packages to accommodate all event planning needs. Couples can opt for morning-of, reception, or all-day packages for assistance whenever required before, during, and after the celebrations. Late-night packages are also available to help with the teardown and clean up after guests have left. We also offer full wedding coordination services for couples unsure of where to begin.

The Process

Upon booking, we meet with the to-be-weds via virtual chat to run through the plans, themes, colours, and more. Four weeks before the big event, we meet with the pair-of-honour to go through every element of the day, where nothing is too big or too small to discuss. On the wedding day, we arrive on time and are ready to take care of everything so that couples remain worry-free from start to finish.
