  Wedding planner

  We booked Courtney to help with the day of coordination for our wedding, which came with the added bonus of her assistant Chantelle. I had a couple video chats with her to go over all the things i had booked and to create a wedding day timeline. She was very helpful with any questions I had and usually pretty quick to respond. They both showed up early to the rehearsal and the wedding day. They made sure all the decorations made it to all the places I wanted them to go. She also asked me to send her my pinterest ideas so they could make those happen for me. The way Chantelle made the altar look was mind blowing, she did it better than I could have imagined. They were amazing to deal with and were great at keeping the show running so I could enjoy my wedding day, highly recommend them!

  Perfect day of coordinator!

  I used zairalyn events for my backyard wedding as a day of coordinator. Courtney and Chantelle were amazing and helped me in the weeks leading up to my big day. Even on very short notice, Chantelle was able to attend and help at my rehearsal and set-up day. They both did an amazing job at setting up my decor, assisting the vendors and making sure my day was perfect! They did exactly what I was hoping for, and more!

  Great help during an unknown time

  I had the pleasure of hiring Courtney through a pop up experience. She created a date for me and arranged everything. It was a lot less pressure on me to work with all vendors on my own!! The day of she made sure everything went on schedule and that everyone knew what they were to do!

  The glue that kept everything together

  We cannot thank you enough for being such a key part of our entire wedding. From the weeks leading up to it, to the day itself, your help was invaluable. You truly were the glue that kept the wedding together and we would have been lost without you! The help and expertise that you provided us over exceeded our expectations. Ashley and I were able to relax and enjoy our day to the fullest because of you, as we knew everything was taken care of.

  Overall a great experience

  Dealing with Courtney (and Chantelle) was great. We had a pop up wedding with them. We mostly dealt with Courtney. She was easy to talk to, and straight forward when we needed her to be. She helped us make decisions and negotiated on our behalf when we wanted more guests to attend our wedding, and to have a special family unity portion added with the officiant. Her decor was absolutely breathtaking and made our outdoor ceremony look magical. Chantelle took over the day of and literally ran back and forth for us on our big day, delivering corsages, snacks, and just running back to us to make sure we had everything we needed. She offered to switch the location of our ceremony (because it wasn’t the original one that we planned). We kept it as it was and we were glad we did. You can tell they both love what they do. I highly recommend!

  Beyond Amazing!

  Such a pleasant experience planning our wedding with patient, thorough and diligent planners! They were always available to communicate and considerate of our wants! Also, they gave thoughtful suggestions when questions were brought up.

  Pop Up Wedding

  We came across Zairalyn Events in an article discussing her pop up weddings. Courtney listened to what we needed and responded with different venues and options. She was readily available for questions and responded in a timely manner. She also did not mind when we changed our date and venue-very flexible. On the day of the event everything was ready and looked beautiful. There was nothing on our part to do besides get there on time-she took care of every detail and kept the wedding going. We enjoyed everything being taken care of; set-up, decorations, photographer, venue, flowers, cake, music, and the officiant.

  Courtney exceeded my expectations. For someone who always has to be in control I didn’t have to worry about 1 minor detail with Courtney. Her eye for detail, professionalism, and organizational capabilities are nothing less than perfect!! I couldn’t have imagined my day without her!
