AMPM limo was a great choice for our wedding day! Very responsive and easy to book. Lovely and comfortable set up inside. Happy we booked them!

The communication and professionalism was pretty good, and the driver we had on our big day was wonderful - nice, polite, on time. However - the limo arrived with no AC, and we were not notified in advance of this issue and just had to make due. Because of this, we needed to have the windows down as it was a very hot day in July, and that did not exactly do any favours for our hair. All in all, it was costly for such a short amount of time and to have not had AC on such a hot day for such a special occasion kind of ruined the entire experience.

We had Reg as our driver. He arrived early, helped my maid of honour pair her phone so we could listen to our tunes. Very courteous and professional. Knew exactly where he was going and turned the air up as soon as I mentioned to my family I was feeling a little warm.

Driver was late, came with a empty tank, we had to stop for gas. My wedding party was late for the 4pm drop off in Lake Minnawaka. The driver was speeding and using his phone at the same time. They charged me for the time I didn't get to use and stopping for gas.

Everything was great! Super organized and on time. Driver even took on the small and busy parking lot of Bowness park on labour day weekend (felt bad about that on)

We used AM/PM limo services to transport the bridal party from Point A to Point B. Our driver arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He took the time to hook us up to the music system so that we had our tunes on the drive. He checked in and ensured we had everything we needed while we waited to enter the venue and double checked with us before he left. I would 100% recommend this company.

I had another company fall through so I ended up booked a Party Bus with AMPM. They were able to accommodate my request, the booking process was easy! Communication was great, the driver was friendly and the limo came stocked and ready for a party. Thank you AMPM for saving the day!

We booked the ‘party bus’ (up to 16 people) after seeing it at the Bridal Expo and it was likely the right way to go as we had a large wedding party of 13 people and also allowed our two photographers to travel with us as well. It was quite snug at 15 people but that wasn’t a big deal. We chose their five hour package and used it to pick up the bridesmaids, deliver us to the venue, take the entire bridal party downtown from Bearspaw for photos and back. It was great to play music and the company was great at going to the spots we wanted for photos and adjusting their parking location downtown as necessary.
We had actually used them two weeks prior for the bachelorette and liked our driver G so much he requested to drive for the actual wedding. They do a great job at sending reminders of how close the limo pickup time was and we’re good at responding to the emails we did sent leading up to it. There was water and sparkling waiting for us when it picked us up from our house and despite the numerous people, we never felt hot or stuffy which was great. Would definitely recommend

Horrible experience overall. Getting a quote that clearly outlined what we booked and where the costs were allocated prior to the wedding was a challenge and I would have changed vendors but they require a 50% non-refundable deposit and I wasn't willing to lose that money. On the day of the wedding, services were rendered and there were no issues. Except for the absurd amount of emails and notifications I received - as the bride, getting 15+ calls/emails/texts about the shuttle throughout the night was annoying and pointless since I was busy enjoying our wedding and was not glued to my phone. The only good thing I can say is that they did arrive on time and they did agree to push one of the times back by 30 minutes. Then a huge shock came when we were charged a massive amount that we did not approve a full 11 days after the event without any notice, invoice, or communication. They have stopped responding to me and have not yet answered any of my very reasonable questions about the huge charge. Super shady business practices! We ended up paying over double what was quote to us - definitely do not recommend this business!! Save yourself the headache and book with someone else.

Our driver was early found parking on the street of busy downtown Calgary and we had an excellent ride to the zoo. Would recommend and book again!
