  Exceptional Limo Service

  Absolutely loved my limo ride with my bridesmaids to our venue! Very clean, they provided a red carpet, bubbly wine and we could crank the tunes to enjoy our ride! It was a great experience to start the day! Will definitely be using them again!

  Amazing experience

  They were so good to us! The limo was beautiful, very modern and updated. Our driver Kent was the best. He popped Champagne for us. We chose our music. It was the best ride to my wedding. 10/10 would highly recommend :)

  Wow, just wow!

  Okay this one was a service I didn't expect to purchase. BUT the customer service, responsiveness, and amenities offered made it something we will never regret. We got more than we even expected, with our driver who helped ensure we kept our timings, helped transport things between venues, and just made the day even more unforgettable. Other vendors would call from unlisted numbers, would be hard to find their official websites, and just didn't have a customer experience worth hiring. Brentwood was the opposite, everything was clean, professional, smooth, and reliable. Thanks so much team!!

  We had technical problems

  Some how there was a huge mix up and wasn’t found until the week of the wedding Brent the ceo got in touch with us and was able to find a fix to the situation. Over all experience was good.

  I am glad we were able to talk, review and confirm the contract together, before your wedding day.
  
  You identified your needs and the service secured did not match. Calling each couple, 48 hours before the wedding event, to confirm all details is a vital part of our confirmation process. This ensures what is secured is solving the problem you need to be solved.
  
  However, as you said, - read the confirmation carefully, to ensure what you have booked is what you intended! This is great advice for couples.
  I am glad you prioritized a safe ride home for everyone to look, feel, and be celebrated after your big day!!

  Brentwood was awesome!

  We hired Brentwood for day-of transportation and late night guest shuttle for our spring wedding at Ancaster Mill. Brentwood literally rolled out the red carpet for our big day and made us feel so special! We booked the large limo bus for day-of transportation to transport our 14-person wedding party and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Our driver was so pleasant and patient as he took us to each of our pre-ceremony photography locations and never made us feel rushed. We were able to play our own music as well which was great.
  
  Definitely recommend Brentwood for any of your special event transportation needs!

  Satisfied with service

  Our Driver was amazing, white glove and red carpet treatment. Our mini limo bus was great. Make sure you order correct size for event. Definitely would use again .

  Exceptional and on-time to deliver for our wedding day!

  We had Brentwood Livery pick the bride and her bridesmaid from her hotel and drop her off at the church for the wedding ceremony. She was even allowed to hide in there till she was called to the altar. After the ceremony and refreshments, the bride, groom and the bridal party were shuttled to the venue. The service lasted about 4 hours.
  
  Right from the start, they were easy to contact and Beverly was warm and friendly to talk to and answer any questions we had. They were also straightforward and asked us specific information about the time of pick-up and drop-off of the bridal party.
  
  Peter, our driver, was very friendly. He even took the time to greet us and inform us when we were supposed to leave.
  
  The limo itself was spacious, fitting our bridal party of 14 people. It had champagne for two rounds for all of us, along with water, juice and pop. It even had a Bluetooth surround speaker where one of the bridesmaids was able to connect to and play some music.
  
  Overall a very smooth and professional service.

  John is incredible!

  Such a friendly driver! John was so kind, thoughtful, patient and I am so glad he was with us on our wedding day!
  The party bus was a huge hit, and my guests loved having a shuttle. The red carpet service a champagne at the end of the night was just the cherry on top!
