  Punctuality and Friendliness

  We used City Limousine on our big day back in August last year. We checked their reviews on social media (Google, Facebook and Weddingwire). After reading great reviews and replies from the owner we made a decision to go with City Limousine. The price was by far the best and vehicle was in mint condition. As promised it came with ice/water. The driver was super nice and on time. We had an amazing experience and look forward to using their services again on our first anniversary.

  Friendly, Ontime and Organized

  We booked an SUV Limo for our big day. The price quoted was by far the best and the response time was way better than other companies. Some companies didn't even reply to date. The driver was helpful and took care of putting our stuff in the car and helped us in and out. Super happy with the service. Thx City Limousine Vancouver

  Best Company to work with

  We used City Limousine for our wedding in October 2023. Firstly, it was a pleasure working with Bal who was super friendly and provided all the necessary details about vehicles with prices. Then he helped catering a great package not charging us for any downtime. I requested some changes until last minute and not even a single time I saw frustration from Bal. On our big day our driver Aman was so helpful and treated us with great care whole day. The vehicle was in great condition stocked up with water/ice. I will definitely recommend City Limousine.

  On Time & Patient

  First, they needed a gate code to get into the air b&b the bridesmaids & I were in (I didn't have my phone good thing they had my Bridesmaids number). Then the poor guy had to awkwardly back into a strange shaped driveway. He still managed to get all 6 of us and our luggage in the car AND get us to the venue on time. I don't know how, but he did it.
  Very impressed!!

  Excellent service!

  We hired one of their sprinter vans to transport us and family members to and from a couple different spots on the wedding day. Our driver was friendly and professional, got us where we needed to be on time and knew his way around well. It was a really seamless experience and I'm super happy we booked! Bal was also very quick in responding which made the booking process very easy. Would highly recommend!

  Do not hire!

  Do not hire this company as they are grossly negligent and unprofessional. On the day of our wedding the driver took off after waiting 5 minutes for the bride to be finished getting ready at her home. As we were trying to figure out where the limo had gone, we received the most despicable text from the dispatcher which you can see below. It will shock and horrify you to read. Imagine getting that text moments before you are about to be married.
  
  Our wedding coordinator had to track him down and get him to come back which meant our wedding ceremony was 30 minutes late with everybody waiting and confused. Their gross behaviour and negligence threw off our tightly planned schedule for the entire day. Afterwards we had to fight them to just get a refund for the hour that we lost due to their own pitiful performance. At every level this company shows zero professionalism and concern. I can only imagine that this behaviour is more widely indicative of how they operate.
  
  I cannot urge you enough to stay clear of this company no matter how small or insignificant the occasion.

  Hi Brinelle thank you so much for this review. Honestly, I was expecting this to come any day. Firstly the facts provided are totally incorrect. You, your husband and God exactly knows who is wrong and who is right here. Our driver was at the pickup location at sharp 1:20pm (10 mins before scheduled time to give you the piece of mind). He tried reaching both numbers that were provided to us when the booking was made. He kept calling you but had no luck reaching you guys. He then rang the doorbell several times with no luck. He asked your neighbors as well, but had no clue either. The driver did his best to contact you guys but you didn't answer. Then our dispatcher called you guys and emailed you guys with no luck as well. We have done thousands of weddings and it's primary contacts responsibility to answer the phone. After 25 minutes of waiting the driver booked it a no show and left. We did everything we could, but this is a mistake on your part. If you provide your phone number then it's your job to answer it.
  
  Now coming to your wedding planner we were never provided any wedding planner's number and were never contacted by any planner. We deal with so many wedding planners and if a planner is involved they send us a detailed itinerary few days prior to the wedding. Your planner didn't reach us at all. So we can't be blamed for this either.
  
  The text from our dispatcher was something that we took action against. The dispatcher wrote that worrying as it goes against his job if driver books a no show. For this we had suspended our driver for two days without pay. On top of that our driver who provided you with the best possible service was also suspended for two days without pay. This was the very first time in their 10 years service when they were suspended and I felt really bad for them especially in COVID times when we are all really struggling to make ends meet.
  
  Now coming to your point about fighting for a refund. I was the one who dealt with you and I didn't give you any hard time and refunded you $119.70 following the customer is always right business practice. Even though anyone reading this can tell who is right and who is wrong.
  
  You are lucky to have dealt with a reputed company like ours who did everything to make things right. We are a small business and had suffered a lot during these times, but still did what we could to make this a pleasant experience for you.
  
  I understand you doing a review if we hadn't showed up and had ignored you in first place. Even it was you guys who failed to answer the phone, we still sent the limo back in 20 mins time and did the whole wedding. On top of that refunded you the full one hour charge of $119.70, and suspended the driver and dispatcher for 2 days. These reviews are usually written if problem is not solved or if we are being totally ignorant. You have got everything and still defaming us based on wrong facts and false information.

  Great Time

  We rented the stretch Limo for transportation to our wedding. We booked for 2 hours so we could chill and drive around a bit so we could relax before the ceremony. Our Driver was Great! He took us wherever we wanted to go and he was very professional. Our booking agent Bal was over the top accomodating due to postponing 4 times due to Covid protocols! We will definitely use this company in the future for other events!!

  Amazing Experience!

  We had the most amazing experience with City Limousine, they were easy to coordinate with and extremely efficient. Our limo driver was so much fun and very accommodating with everywhere we needed to go. They decorated the car for us and made our day extra special. If you are looking for a fun driver who can take you where you need to go, we recommend City Limousine.

  I had an appointment to meet with City Limousine right as COVID-19 hit. We were planning to take a look at the limo and then book while we were in Vancouver in March (we live out of province). With all of the changes and uncertainties on whether or not our August 2020 wedding would proceed, Bal and his team were extremely flexible, understanding and easy to deal with. Bal was very responsive and answered all of my questions. We ultimately decided to proceed with our wedding and we are so glad we chose City Limos. Our driver arrived a few minutes eariy, was professional and courteous, and got us everywhere we need to be on the day. We were so happy with their services and would highly recommend booking with them!

  We decided to get a limo for our special day a month before our wedding. Bal was super responsive and helpful over email. He even upgraded our limo to a SUV stretch limo the night before! Absolutely lovely to work with. Sunny was our driver. He arrived on time and was very courteous. Drove us to our wedding location on time. The limo itself was clean and were stocked with bottled waters and champagne flutes. I had such a great experience! Highly recommend to those who are looking to pamper themselves on their wedding day!
