  Reliable Wedding Day Transportation

  Erin Mills Limousine was affordable, reliable, easy to work with, and got us from point A to point B without a worry. We had one white stretch Lincoln Navigator take the groom/groomsmen from the hotel to our venue, and that same limo circled back to pick up the bride/bridesmaids. The driver was friendly and helpful. The limo looked great, but the lighting features inside the limo were not working (the bar lights, ceiling lights, etc.). This wasn’t the biggest deal, but it would’ve been nice. Overall, they offered us the best price and got the job done.

  NEVER Hire them

  Pro: They were flexible in me moving my wedding date as a result of covid. But the compliments end there.
  Con: The party bus showed up late, smelled like gasoline on the inside - to the point where those on the bus smelled like gasoline in their clothes when they got off. It had no working aux cable, had no air-conditioning on a humid 35 degree day and had a broken window which was flapping dangerously on the highway. And that was just the bus....
  
  The bus driver did not call to warn us of being late or of the bus' condition, he tried to claim that the air-conditioning did work. We caught him smoking a vape... Read more

  The bus driver did not call to warn us of being late or of the bus' condition, he tried to claim that the air-conditioning did work. We caught him smoking a vape multiple times, and the most dangerous part is I had 2 pregnant women in my bridal party that he didn't seem to care about.
  
  While we had the ceremony he went to walmart, bought a fan and put it on the floor of the bus - it literally flew around the aisle and did nothing to help. My 45 person party bus which was supposed to have 30 people ended up carrying 6 people.... everyone else had to take ubers, drive themselves, or carpool with friends and family. which completely ruined the point of having a limo bus with my bridal party.
  
  What is the worst part of all of this, the office manager "Kathleen" was unsympathetic and said that services were rendered therefore there was nothing she could do. I got a measly couple hundred dollars back for something I paid 2000 for and I couldn't use. They did reimburse for the ubers - but the fact that I had to hitch a ride to my own ceremony WITH MY WEDDING PLANNER is beyond reprehensible.
  
  I will never recommend this company to anyone. I seriously cannot say worse things about the product, the customer service and everything in between.

  Great Value, and amazing customer service!

  The week of our wedding, my husband and I have to cancel our reception because of new Covid restrictions. If it wasn’t for Kathleen I would have totally forgotten to follow up with Erin Mills Limo! She was awesome! Answered emails quickly, great pricing for a 32 person limo bus and like I said, called ME to see if she could help with our big day.
  Not to mention the driver was SO polite, kind and got us to our photography site and back home safely. What an incredible company!

  Technical difficulties

  We had some challenges on our wedding day with the limousine we were provided. It was a hot day in September and within five minutes of getting into the limo, a circuit blew and the lights, sound and most importantly, AC cut out. The driver attempted to get it up and running again but was not able to get it fixed for the trip for the groomsmen. It was resolved for the second trip for the bride and bridesmaids thankfully, but this unfortunately impacted the overall experience.

  Great Service, Great Limo Bus!

  Our driver was THE BEST! I booked them because my brother had used them for his wedding, and they had a big beautiful bus limo which we needed with the number of guests we had that needed a ride.
  
  The Driver provided us with water and champagne, did not mind waiting for us and making a bunch of stops, came back early at the end of the night and dropped everyone off at home. I highly recommend this company to everyone!
  
  From the first interactions with Christina until the end of the night, Erin Mills Limo did NOT disappoint. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable limo company with LARGE LIMO BUSES that hold 40 people! With top notch drivers.

  Erin Mills Limo is truly one of a kind – I am so glad they were recommended to us for our wedding day! I have booked many limos in the past but I am truly wowed by the level of service and care we received.

  Erin Mills Limousine Service was absolutely amazing! Christina was always so helpful and so quick on all responses when we were talking and working out the perfect package for my wedding! The prices were great and we built a package that worked best for us! Limos all arrived on time, were super clean and all of the drivers we had were super friendly and professional! Helping myself personally in and out of the limo with my rather poofy wedding dress haha! John, the driver of our Limo Bus, went above and beyond by bringing my husband and I some water while we were in the park taking photos! It was getting hot and just that simple gesture really made...
