We hired Grandeur to transport the wedding party from our hotel and Airbnb to the venue and to have a way of getting to photography locations. I am SO glad we did!

Jim was so incredibly helpful and patient when it came to the logistics of our day and didn’t miss a beat when it came to guiding us in the right direction.

We had Chuck as our driver and WHAT A GEM HE IS! He was early to pick up the guys at the hotel before photos; dropped them off early to the venue; and arrived early to the girls’ Airbnb to pick them up. Rather than waiting around the Airbnb for half an hour, I asked Chuck if my bridesmaids, Mom, and I could come onto the bus and just have him drive around to calm my nerves. “Absolutely, my dear! Whatever you’d like!” THANK YOU FOR THIS, CHUCK! What a difference that made!

He always opened the door for us, greeted us with a smile, and congratulated my husband and I immediately as we got onto the bus. I had forgotten our speech back at my Airbnb and so while my husband and I took our bride and groom formal photos with our photographers, Chuck drove our wedding party back to the house to get it! No questions asked.

We never had to worry about the bus being late or even close to it. It was clean, spacious, and made our day run so much more smoothly. We loved that we could book a bus for only the number of hours we needed it for. Huge bonus!

We booked Grandeur limousine to transport our wedding party to photos and finally to the venue. The customer service and vehicle provided were excellent. Both during the booking process and our driver on the day of, were very professional and eager to make the customer happy. I would definitely recommend this service!
