Easy booking but many of the key amenities
It was on time and pick-ups and drop off were well timed. Limo driver stayed with us the entire time, making it easy to pack / unpack as needed. However, we did run into a few issues, the primary being the A/C really not working well (or at all) in the limo, to the point we were significantly sweating on the way to any location. Our shirts were drenched, and the bride/bridesmaids had to redo their makeup due to all the sweat. This was an added cost on our end to get fixed. Moreover, minor details but would have been nice were no red carpet upon pickup or dropoff, no champagne (just glasses), and no dressing of vehicle (ie. marraige sign). Overall, poor performance, owner hasn't gotten to me back 2 days after reaching out (hence writing a review), 6 hour package with gratuity upfront (how does that make sense?)

Fantastic Service with Lucid Limousines
Lucid Limousines was a great service to have on our big day. The groom and the guys were in Brampton, while the bride and the girls were in Mississauga. Both drivers were very friendly and professional, and made the trip to Ancaster in great time. The wedding party had a great time being on the limo bus. We also had the luxury town car service bring my wife and I to the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Toronto, and the driver was very nice, and helped loading and unloading our bags. Paul was very kind, and helped us in scheduling the morning pickups in a way that we'd have time for pictures, while also allowing us to enjoy the day as a whole. I would definitely recommend Lucid Limousines for your upcoming big day.

Smooth Ride
Paul was great to work with. He was super responsive right from the start. He made everything so easy. I went with a luxury SUV, it was spotless and my driver was great. Very dependable, and all pick up and drop offs went super smooth. Price was very reasonable and service was perfect. I was very happy and would definitely recommend Lucid Limousine.

Reliable and accommodating !
Paul is great , he was super easy to deal with, answered quickly and the price was great for our New Years Eve booking. Ride was on time for our wedding party - highly recommend !

25 min Late
Send to update itinerary two month before wedding called and double check was insured they had update. What is to have champagne and wine fully stocked and brought the wrong limo and what we ordered not to mention was 25 minutes late for the wedding because they went to the wrong address from the old itineraries

Good service, would recommend
We hired a limo and shuttle for our wedding. The limo and shuttle were both really nice inside! The limo driver was very patient with us and waited while we finished up a few things at the end of the night. The shuttle was on time and a good experience for our guests. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we had bought a package that was supposed to include soft drinks, water, and champgne and they weren't there. We would definitely recommend this company's limo services!

Do not hesitate! Fantastic limo service!
After getting ghosted by our original limo service due to the pandemic, Paul accommodated us right away and without hesitation. The driver was professional, on time and so pleasant to work with (hilarious and very witty!). The limo bus was spacious, clean, and really made our day feel special. Everything was on schedule and absolutely perfect. Would recommend again and again!

Perfection
My husband and I got married October 2nd 2021. We has an absolutely wonderful experience with lucid limos. The limo arrived early at each destination, the driver was amazing, hilarious, kind and so accommodating. The entire wedding party felt SAFE and at ease.

Perfect experience for our wedding
The team was professional, friendly, and very responsive. They were also extremely flexible (and always on time!) which is super important because as we know, weddings don't always run on schedule. We were very happy to have found Lucid Limousine and would highly recommend them. Highly recommend the return service too, you'll be pretty tired by the end of the day/night.

Bachelorette party September 10, 2020
My sister (matron of honour) engaged Lucid Limousine for my bachelorette. Paul was incredibly courteous and accommodating for our needs that night. Incredibly friendly and prompt. Went as so far to order food that night for us when our restaurant choice wasn’t what we wanted. Vehicle was clean and a very smooth ride!!
