For our wedding day we hired Royal Limousine for our wedding party's transportation for the photo shoot and to the venue. What stood out from the beginning was the excellent service prior to booking, even texting and calling me back to answer my questions and return my calls. On the day of, the driver Nick was punctual, had the limo nicely decorated from the outside with the colors we asked for, and was extremely professional throughout the day. It was raining steadily throughout our photoshoot, but everything worked out perfectly and we arrived to the venue for our ceremony on schedule! I would definitely recommmend this company to anyone looking for a limo for their big day!

We booked 3 limos for the day of our wedding and communicating with the manager of Royal Limo was very easy and they promptly responded and gave us a quote and helped book the limo. They arrived on time and the drivers were all very polite.

We booked an SUV for our wedding party. Mike was easy to talk to, responded to emails and my many questions right away and was very flexible when we changed the location of our portrait sessions. The car was in great condition - clean and comfortable! Mike was on time for pick up and drop off!

We booked the large party bus for our wedding this summer. The price was right and the limo was on time, decorated in our wedding colours and stocked with water with lots of room. I loved having the bus, it was very easy to get into and out of in my puffy white dress. The driver was very friendly and professional. We had booked split time, including pick up/drop offs and church and venue. The driver was really flexible for driving us around to photo locations as well. I was really impressed with all of the service, until the very end of the evening. We had booked a 12:45am pick up time from the venue, mainly for myself and my groom. By 1:00am no one had arrived. When I called the owner, he said he had no record of this booking and left us stranded. Therefore, on the evening of our wedding we were left to find transportation back to the hotel for our wedding night by ourselves. I was very disappointed by this. I e-mailed him our contract and former e-mails that specifically showed this information. He responded promptly the day after and apologized for his booking error. He immediately refunded us for the late night pick up, which I thought was very professional. The cheque was waiting for us when we got home from our honeymoon. It's too bad because we had such a positive experience with this company all day and one mistake really put a sour taste in our mouths. I do think the company is professional and a great deal, but I would recommend to all brides to confirm twice your contract and scheduled pick up/drop off times.
