Memories captured beautifully forever
Where do we even begin? From the moment that we met Johnny, Ramos, Matteo, Barry, Carlos, we knew we were in good hands. All these gentlemen started the day with immaculate vibes and energy. We felt so well taken care of with our photography and videography. When we were taking our bridal party and groom & bride pictures, the team made sure to take their time to find an ideal location as the spot was very busy. Johnny commanded the photoshoot perfectly, making sure he got the best shots for us, not rushing anything at all. We knew from word of mouth that Everlasting Moments and their team were a skilled bunch, and now we got to experience that. As for our same day edit...we had so many guests come up to us and say how much of a masterpiece it was and it was the best one they have ever seen.
We would without a doubt recommend Everlasting Moments as a photography and videography vendor to newly engaged couples trying to plan their wedding.

Worst vendor we booked!
If my husband and I could give them 0 stars, we would. Save your money and all the stress and take your business elsewhere. This was the absolute WORST DECISION we ever made when it came to any of our wedding vendors.
We booked these scam artists in August 2022 for our December 2023 wedding thinking that their social media looks great, they're so responsive, they're so professional ...WRONG! Once they're holding your money, they're nowhere to be found!
1. They do not respond to any emails; they do not answer the phones. Apparently, there are only 3-5 people that work there. If you ever manage to get in touch with anyone, they blame their unresponsiveness on the “front desk staff. How is that a client’s problem?
2. We tried to book multiple meetings ahead of time to discuss our vision for
our wedding day (concerned that this day was only going to happen once so if a special moment was missed, we'll never have it recorded), they told us they didn't need to speak with us beforehand because they’re professionals.
3. Wedding Day arrives. Paunch shows up late, his first order of business is to obviously find the food laid out for the bridal party and family. He then takes his time to start taking photos/video and spends 2 hours taking photos of just the groom/groomsmen and only 30 mins with me/bridesmaids. I literally got like 5-10 pictures of myself in my dress alone from the entire day. I was given 5 mins to get dressed, I have no pictures of my mom and sister helping me into my dress. Paunch dropped my wedding band multiple times during our details shots, and he told me to pick it up.
4. He then rushes us to the venue to do our first look/couple pics/family pics. They rushed through all of our pictures before the ceremony, stepped on my veil during my first look walk. I had to remind them to take pictures with our immediate family when I was told they would cover everything we requested ahead of the wedding day because they're "professionals". The family pictures were also rushed and not set up properly, they are all taken in the same spot, not centered, not organized etc.
5. They stepped on my veil during my walk down the aisle and pulled my head backwards. They blocked the groom from seeing me walk down the aisle. The mic they put on my husband kept falling off his tux, it didn't make it down the aisle.
6. Paunch spent most of our wedding day taking breaks in between his horrible photo schedule to answer calls, disappearing for 20-30 mins at a time.
7. Come time to receive our pictures, we were supposed to have 3 videos sent to us as well as unlimited retouching. They are refusing to retouch our photos and we are still missing one of the videos.
All in all, Paunch was condescending, rude, unprofessional, and not worth the several thousands of dollars we spent to capture our perfect day. He was even making some of our vendors uncomfortable throughout the day. They have only amateurs working for them and I would advise you really shop around before signing just any company to capture your special day. You don’t get a re-do if all goes poorly. I’m SO happy I ended up booking a content creator last minute, she captured every single detail throughout the day and we have tons of content from her to look back on.

Not worth the money
We did not have the greatest experience working with Everlasting Moments, it is honestly not worth the money to work with them. They photographed my bridal shower and the photographer was very unprofessional, making comments about what my husband was wearing when he came to surprise me with flowers, and being rude to my guests for taking pictures while he was taking photos.
The photos turned out nicely however for what they were hired to do, we feel that we didn’t get the full experience compared to what their social media is like. I’m not sure if it was because we didn’t have as an upscale wedding in terms of decor and flowers compared to what their social media posts are like but it seemed like they didn’t care to put in the effort.
Our family photos were terrible and not centered at all, I was rushed to get ready before my videographer arrived which resulted in no video being recorded of me getting ready, my husband and I barely have any portraits together, they were constantly arguing with each other in front of our families, they kept asking me what kind of photos to take, one of our photographers left without notifying us, and in some photos I was severely photoshopped where it doesn’t even look like me. On top of that, the photographers kept walking in front of the video camera during our ceremony. There were A LOT of photos that they could’ve edited in the raw footage they sent us of special moments that I had to edit myself including some family portraits.
They did our first look in front of our entire family and bridal party and in the wrong spot. When I voiced that it was in the wrong spot and we should be alone, I was ignored and they continued to do it anyway. We didn’t receive our sneak peeks until two months after our wedding after numerous phone calls and emails, when we were told two weeks after our wedding. The rest of our gallery was sent to us an additional two months after we received our first looks.
It is very difficult to get in contact with them as no one answers the phone and your emails get responded to days later. After our wedding, we spoke to two other couples who got married shortly after we did and experienced the similar things. I would never recommend them to any couple who is getting married, they are way overpriced for the quality and experience you are receiving. I wish I saw the negative reviews on Wedding Wire before hiring them, please do your research so you actually have photos that you love and can enjoy looking back on.We did not have the greatest experience working with Everlasting Moments, it is honestly not worth the money to work with them. Not worth the money
The guys we had the day of the wedding were fun to work with but they could have done a better job with filming. The worse part was getting my video and they missed so much of my wedding that I was trying to contact someone to discuss where some of my footage was and not a single person would return a call or email. It took a lot longer to get our video completed and would not recommend them to anyone. The guys we had the day of the wedding were fun to work with but they could have done a better job with filming. Not worth it
Everlasting Moments has a ton of 5 star reviews, and after reading those, along with them being Arlington Estate’s preferred vendor, it seemed like a no brainer to book with them. We used them for my bridal shower as well after winning a giveaway on their Instagram page. Unfortunately, the photos sent back to us did not reflect the same quality of work they post online. I raised my initial concerns with photos being grainy and lower quality & was told we would have someone experienced shoot our wedding.
We were told it would take 2 weeks to get our sneak peeks and it ended up taking a month (with no communication). It took another couple of months to get all the photos back (I knew other couples who got married well after us and they got their photos before us). We got married in November so it was cold and got dark earlier in the day, so majority of our photos were taken indoors. Because of that, there were many shadows from the lighting. Not only that, but we are an interracial couple - so in evening photos with flash, I was either bright/pale, or my husband/family were very dark. I wish the photographer would have noticed this and told us to take photos in other areas. Editing photos to fix this can only do so much.
After emailing several times (with no answer or help) and then resorting to calling the owner, Paunch, we finally got some reassurance that editing in person with the editor would solve our concerns.
We never heard back once from Paunch after making an appointment to come in to edit them, even after he assured us he would be there for the appointment. He never apologized or took the time to understand our issues. He seemed bothered as he took our calls while playing golf, & dropped the “we’ve been in business for x amount of years” and have “ton of experience” AND pointed out that they gave us a discount (which I never asked for? I said they were too expensive and they offered to work with my budget). He then didn’t even show up or have the decency to let us know he wasn’t coming to our appointment. The customer service we received all around was horrible (which I did tell them) - I’ve never had to email a company so many times to just receive information, let alone my wedding photos, this much before. It took 9 months to get our photos - on a clearly old & USED hard drive. REGARDLESS of price paid or package purchased, your work should be the same across the board to any and all clients. My husband and I both wish we chose another company because we cannot bare to look back at these photos to relive one of the biggest moments of our lives.Everlasting Moments has a ton of 5 star reviews, and after reading those, along with them being Arlington Estate’s preferred vendor, it seemed like a no brainer to book with them. Terrible Customer Service & communication- proceed with caution
I want to preface this that I typically am not the person to leave reviews, let alone a neg. one. For whatever reason, this review isn't live on Google reviews either but I felt compelled to write my review to warn others. **Use this company at your own risk** I also want to say that we think their work is incredible & I was really looking forward to working with them. They were referred to us as they did a friend's wedding a # of yrs ago and we saw their work 1st hand. However, their photography does not trump the appalling business etiquette.
I had to email 3x in 13 days to book an engagement shoot. I then had to email another 3x in another 17 days to book our engagement shoot meeting. They booked it for 430pm the day before our engagement shoot (which we had to take work off for). I emailed them saying their communication is not ok & I was told it's a busy time for vendors in the industry & they'll be back to their amazing standard of communication (this was also prior to any lockdowns, omicorn variants etc). Our meeting time comes and goes & we were ghosted. They called me 1hr & 10min after the meeting time to say that they got back from a shoot in Miami and were understaffed (don't schedule us if you know you're not able to follow through for a meeting you can't maintain) & now want to discuss details for our shoot for tmrw.
The lack of communication was worrisome and unprofessional, but to not show up to a meeting is just bad business & not acceptable. The contract states "a deposit is to secure your date and a photographer/ cinematographer to be made available to you". They breached their own contract by not being made available. If I hadn't emailed them 6x in 30 days, would they have even reached out? A few days after the missed meeting, we had a call with Paunch (the owner) to discuss our concerns. He told us repeatedly that they are the "best in the business". He did state that "his girls" didn't communicate well but a deposit is to lock in your date and so prices don't change and are absolutely non refundable. He told us that we were being unreasonable (out of the blue) & my fiancé tried to ask what he meant by that but before he could even ask, Paunch said "No let me finish, you've had your chance to talk". He eventually offered a 50% deposit "for precedent" but there was never any apology & is holding our other 50% as a credit that's non transferrable. Apparently this is "the first time in his 32 years he has ever had to do this". We tried to level with him as we know their work is great and this year has been a sh*tshow but we don't feel comfortable & there's bad energy. He said (& I wrote this down among everything else I've put in quotes bc I was so taken aback) "Yeah we don't want to be around you if there's bad energy now & you'll take that bad energy into your wedding. We don't want any part of that". He said that this is the 1st time he has ever had to get involved with an email like this. "Brides normally email me to say they are crying at their desk at how beautiful our work is. So that's why I'm shocked to receive your emails & having to get involved. Normally I'm out golfing". He also tried to downplay the engagement shoot saying "it's just an engagement shoot, the wedding is the important day".
I don't want to take away from the work of Roxy & the other photographers. We did get an apology email from Roxy which we felt to be genuine prior to our call with Paunch. But the damage was done with the bad communication, no show meeting and to have the owner speak to us this way confirmed in my gut that we should get out.
I have thought long & hard about posting this review, but the way we were treated by Paunch is a reflection of the company and we want nothing to do with them. Their business practices have been an absolute joke. I hope that we are just a one off, but I have a hard time believing that according to Paunch, I am the only person to ever have this experience.I want to preface this that I typically am not the person to leave reviews, let alone a neg. one. Picture Perfect!
Service? Check! Passion photography? Check! Outstanding time? Check! When we hired Everlasting moments for our wedding day - we knew we wanted the best! Highly recommended. Paunch, Roxy & the Everlasting Family took us in like we were family. Paunch is an absolutely dream to work work & collaborate with. The whole EVM family was responsive & professional in all they do. Very talented group. Picture perfect day! - Mikey & Sonia Sgouromits

Everlasting moments was AMAZING! Roxy made us feel super comfertable during our engagement shoot, we had a great time!
Our wedding day was more than what we could have asked for. Diana, Kat, Ramos, Ryan and Syed were on point from the early morning till the party ended. Our bridal party had so much fun shooting with them, they keep saying how much they loved them and how we had the best crew!
