I requested a last-minute change to the schedule, to add an extra location; the team were more than happy to make an adjustment and confirmed the change with the photographers within moments. I met Ru from Modern Romance as I work in the wedding industry as a makeup and hair artist. Meeting many vendors and seeing their work, I was at a better position to decide who I wanted to do my videography. I am so happy with my decision! I loved my wedding video with the edit! We hired Modern Romance as the videographer for our helicopter wedding elopement during the pandemic. We are in love with the video capture and all the dedication they put into the details. From the helicopter flight to the wedding in nature. Our main videographer, Ruby was such a pleasure to work with, and really put us at ease for the whole elopement process.

My wife and I consulted Modern Romance Productions well ahead of our wedding date, and enlisted their photography services for both an engagement shoot, and the wedding itself. From the get go, it was very obvious that we were going to be treated in a personable, but also professional manner. Communication was fantastic throughout the process, the engagement shoot was intimate and comfortable, and at every step of the way, Ruby and her team made it clear that our wedding was important to them, and not merely a job. They were non-intrusive, made everyone feel comfortable, and the photos look great. We would both highly recommend Modern Romance to any couple.

Needless to say their work is amazing and exactly what we wanted. Anyone can go on the MORO website and take a look (like we did during our decision-making process). Ultimately what's going to help anyone reading this review is talking about our experience working with the crew.

We actually planned our own wedding in Vancouver from abroad, so communication and trust was huge in our decision-making. In the end, the MORO team gave us the most confidence that they would help tell our love story, the way we wanted it. They listened well, showed us relevant previous work, gave us their genuine thoughts, and ultimately were able to communicate our must-haves, key elements, flow, mood, etc. of what we envisioned for our wedding day video, in a way that made us feel comfortable, and that we were in good hands for the most important day of our lives. While they were every bit professional, we just felt that they were more than our "supplier". They made us feel like they were part of the family helping us plan our big day, and that was exactly what we were looking for.

On the day of, team MORO was there waiting, bright and early. Despite the rain, we felt positive vibes throughout and the day couldn't have gone any smoother, in large part because of MORO's guidance and presence. We even did 1-hour of portraits out in the rain, and truthfully we had a blast and an unforgettable time. They were there for 12+ hours, but never got in the way one bit, nor rushed us.

Perhaps the highlight of our package was the Same-Day Edit, and we have to say that everyone during the dinner reception was moved, especially those who didn't see the morning events. SDE brought us both to tears, as it perfectly captured our beautiful day.

Post-wedding, MORO never forgot about us, and were every bit thoughtful and accommodating. A day after the wedding, we received a few photo edits that we could put on social media, and send to guests right away. We later received our extended-video and photos on time, as promised.

Professional, friendly, courteous, thoughtful and talented! We would definitely use MORO again, and would recommend to our family and friends.

Extremely professional and talented. We were so happy with our end results and super impressed with the turn-around time (we had to put a rush on it but quality was definitely not compromised!). If you have the $, would 100% recommend MORO!

Wow, Ruby and her team were beyond fantastic! From the moment we first sat down with Ruby and Cedric, we knew we had made the right choice by picking their team to capture our ideal wedding image. Their professional team made it easy and stress-free to work with. Their creativity was mind blowing and their execution was flawless! The video was amazing, and their pictures really captured our best moments throughout the day. You can easily tell how experienced this team is, by how quickly they can resolve any challenges we came across. Their team was incredibly respectful and resourceful.
