Where do I begin… it was an absolute pleasure experience working with Kevin! He was so helpful when we were trying to pick our packages and was readily available whenever we needed to talk to him. We knew from the beginning our wedding video was going to be great. What we didn’t expect was how amazing Kevin was going to be on our wedding day and how helpful he was in creating the most magical experience for us. He made us laugh all day, made sure we drank water, had things to eat, walked us through poses, carried things for us, and was unbelievably kind to our family and friends and overall, just a joy to be around! We felt he went above and beyond for us and we were so glad we chose to work with him and had him there with us on our special day! We have received our video and we are obsessed! It captured our day so beautifully and makes me cry every time I watch it!

Norris and his team were our last pandemic vendor that we added and we cannot thank our past selves ENOUGH for that decision. After months of wavering back and forth of videography/ no videography, we finally decided to hire a videographer. We knew right away that we needed to hire Norris Films as soon as we met and spoke with Norris. Because we were still a little bit hesitant about videography, Norris was very patient and guided us through his packages and customized one based on what we were looking for within our budget. Even leading up to the wedding, Norris was very helpful with giving us feedback on the flow of our evening and even helping us choose our first dance song (we couldn’t choose between 2 and he gave some great advice!) During our wedding, he brought such a great energy to our day. My partner and I thought we’d be really awkward in front of a video camera but Norris and his team made the whole day effortless, and we felt comfortable the whole time. After watching our highlights and wedding film, oh my goodness, there were some moments where I didn’t even know they were filming, it’s like they were everywhere AND nowhere at the same time. The products we received were just PURE ART. They captured the essence of our wedding day SO WELL. I could be laughing and smiling one moment and then in tears the next. Norris and his team truly have a gift and the videos they can produce are beyond words and are priceless. I know these videos will be watched over and over again because they’re able to remind us of our most precious memories from that night.

Norris is also an extremely responsive person, I had no issues contacting him before and after our event.

So from a previous VERY on-the-fence-bride, if you’re on the fence about hiring a videographer, DO IT and hire Norris and his team, because I guarantee you (and your future self) will not regret it!

If you're looking for a videographer for your wedding or special event, Norris is the best videographer you could ask for. He's professional, personable, and flexible. If you're doubtful or hesitant, you can look at his work and see for yourself. His same-day-edit videos are exquisite and always heartwarming to watch, even months after the wedding. I booked the Same Day Edit package and added in extra hours because my day ran long from the morning tea ceremony until the lion dance at the end.
For my wedding day, it happened to rain heavily during the time we were supposed to take photos and video of our bridal party before the ceremony, and he still managed to get very romantic, beautiful footage of us in the rain under a big umbrella. So if you're worried when your day comes and hiccups happen, take a deep breath and look to your vendors for help or suggestions. Norris was great at encouraging me that everything would turn out beautiful despite the rain, and sure enough, it did.
Norris and his assistant were amazing to work with the whole day and extremely helpful capturing moments that I didn't even know I wanted to have. He will do everything in his power to exceed your expectations!

Choosing Norris Films as our videographer was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Norris was very responsive throughout the whole process and made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I were so so amazed with our same day edit and the highlight film! Norris and his team were so understanding of what we were looking for in our videos (candid moments). They blended into the space so well and at times we didn’t even notice they were there, which helped them capture some of the best moments. We can't get over how beautiful our wedding video and same day edit turned out and more importantly, that the videos were exactly what we were looking for – his team really listens to you!. Norris and his team was fantastic to work with. Our package consisted of an introduction film, wedding day coverage, a highlights (4min) and feature (60min) film. Though we waited just over 6 months for our highlights and feature film (we had a high-season summer wedding), we were absolutely thrilled with the final product. Norris is very creative and his style is cinematic - the videos alone tell a beautiful story.

On our wedding day, Norris and Chris was punctual (early in fact!) and worked really well with our photographer, Lisa Mark in coordinating different shots they needed. Norris captured all the key moments in the day.

My recommendations: if you are deciding whether to hire a videographer for your wedding? Yes, it's an investment, but the memories will last a lifetime. His style is truly unique and I have not seen the same from any other videographer.

Norris was amazing!! He met with us before we booked him, to review his previous videos and answer all our questions. Before and after the big day, he was always easily accessible. He answered text messages late into the night! Most importantly, our highlight video was simply magnificent. It perfectly captured our happy day, and made our Mom's cry when they watched it. =)

A rating of 5 is not high enough for Norris. He gets a 10 out of 5. He is a wonderful film maker. Your wedding day is fleeting and those moments captured on film are so precious. You need a professional like Norris and his team. He was such a pleasure to work with and hang around all day. Allen and I could not be happier with the highlight video. The whole story of our special day was beautifully shot and edited. Everyone loved our video. He was worth it!
