Initially Ramon was a pleasure to work with. E-mail and phone communication were great and we were happy with pricing for our wedding. We selected a same day edit and a 45 min. feature. His team worked really well with our photographer on the day of the wedding and the same day edit was very well done and one of the highlights from our wedding. And then that's where everything went sideways. We waited exactly full year to receive our full wedding video, which was the maximum amount of time stated in the contract; however, we were verbally promised the video multiple times before then. The full length wedding video was poor. There was no title/ intro and you can tell that it was put together quickly to meet the contractual obligation. I have had to request the raw footage in order to take it to an editor to get done. Ramon had mentioned family issues as the reason for delay, and I understand that and I sympathize. But a paying customer should not have to endure poor communication and a poor final product. If you are planning your big day, I'd have to say avoid RC2 films.

We contemplated on hiring a videographer until we met Ramon from RC2 Films. Their online portfolio instantly caught our eyes, and he is quick on responding to emails and flexible on setting up our first meeting. After listening to our story and discussing his passionate vision with us, we were excited to share our special day with RC2 Films.

From speaking with our other vendors after, our feedback was that RC2 Films were a bless to work with. Especially offering their professional advice when we were in trouble(Suit incident? LOL). And since our wedding, we love our SDE so much that we've watched it many MANY times.

When looking for a Videographer, I was looking for someone to tell our story of when our love began and how it still continues till this day. I looked at a few videos online and found that Ramon's way of telling a story in each of his videos was exactly what I was looking for. At first the hubby did not think a videographer was necessary. After showing him the videos Ramon had created and talking with him in person he was swayed into getting a videographer.

Ramon was very friendly and great to get along with. He catered to all our demands and made everything really easy and smooth. During the entire filming process for the love story, Ramon and Karen's attention to detail and dedication to their work was very impressive. They made the whole thing fun and enjoyable. We took a little longer then expected to film the love story but everything turned out great. We get great feedback from friends and family about the love story.

Ramon and his team during the wedding day was unbelievable. They were on time even when we made them wake up 6:00 in the morning. Everyone was very friendly and fun. They became a part of the wedding part. The SDE was incredibly well put together, the way the story was told was beautiful. It even brought tears to them boys.

We highly recommend Ramon and team to anyone looking for a videographer and a friend that dedicates himself to his work as if he was filming his own wedding.

Like most quality services, we found out about Ramon and RC2 Films through a friend recommendation. I went to his website to view a couple wedding videos and they ALL brought tears to my eyes! Watching perfect strangers getting married was portrayed by Ramon with such emotion that it completely won me over. My husband and I were so set on RC2 Films and our photographer that we actually booked our wedding date to accommodate their availability.

When looking for a videographer I found a wedding video posted by Ramon. The way he films all the elements and his techniques were just what I was looking for to capture our important days. My husband wasn't keen on the idea of adding the video to our wedding expense list seeing how it just kept increasing but this was one thing I knew we couldn't go without.

Ramon was very professional during the entire process. He worked to help us come up with ideas for the love story and he brought that vision to life.

He suggested not to view the love story till our guests could see it with us at the wedding. What a great gift that was, we loved it. After my husband and I got to see the wedding video. He now agrees this was one of the better investment we made. We can watch it over and over. I would advise anyone considering the video to just go for it. You won't be disappointed his work is top notch!

We recieved a recommendation from our photographer that RC2 films was a good and reliable company. We sent off an email and recieved a very prompt response and immediately set up a meeting. Ramon is very easy going and friendly making the whole process seem simple in the midst of crazy wedding planning. Like many couples who are on a strict budget with their wedding planning, my husband and I had put videography at the bottom of our list, even though we both reallllly wanted it. After reviewing a number of different videography pages, we felt RC2 Films and Ramon had the right vision and talent to bring our story to life.
