Having Rocky Mountain Studios capture our special day was one of the best decisions we made! We were initially supposed to get married in June 2020 but due to COVID had to postpone to September 2021. Brett and Jason were so flexible and accommodating, quick with their responses and just overall amazing to work with. We had Brett and Jackson on the day of our wedding and they were just wonderful. They showed up early and stayed late, worked so well with our photographer and one of my favorite parts of the day was probably just walking around our venue getting footage with my husband and wedding party. None of us had really been in front of a professional camera before so you could imagine we were maybe a little awkward to begin with, but Brett and Jackson were always giving us feedback about how great the shots were looking and after an hour we were all so comfortable and having so much fun and you can really tell in the videos.
The day of our wedding was SO windy, so I was a little stressed out about how the videos would turn and out and wow, they are better than I could have even imagined! When my husband and I first watched our highlight film we both started tearing up because they captured everything so beautifully. From the transitions of the footage to the music they chose, everything is perfect! It's actually crazy how fast your wedding day goes by and having these films to look back on is so special, especially when they are so well done!

Brett and Jason did an absolutely fantastic job capturing our big day. They arrived early in the morning, and left late in the evening. We were so impressed with their professionalism and commitment to getting every shot they could for our video, staying past the time set in our contract to make sure they got every shot. During the shooting, which can sometimes feel a bit awkward, they were always giving us words of encouragement and assurance that it was looking great. Initially, we weren't sure if we were going to hire a videographer for our wedding - but we are so thankful we did.

Working with Rocky Mountain Studios (RMS) was amazing. Jason and Brett are extremely professional, polite, and obviously passionate about what they do. From our very first zoom meeting with Jason, we felt comfortable with how the day would go, and even with some changes throughout our planning period, Jason was quick to respond and offer advice/suggestions/confirmation of plans changing.

RMS was suggested by our photographer (Kim Payant), and honestly we are so happy as RMS and Kim have worked together multiple times before. The rapport everyone had was incredible, and they all worked together to ensure we had the best time and captured the best memories.

We hired RMS to show up to get some "getting ready" shots, our first look, our ceremony, our first dance, and then to come with us for a few hours for our couple's photos. Throughout the entire day, Jason and Brett were extremely friendly and helping calm down our wedding day anxieties. During the entire filming process, they were basically invisible to the point where we forgot they were there.

The highlight film and ceremony edit that Jason and Brett delivered were amazing. From the music to the way the clips were put together, the way our vows were edited over the music - everything was perfect. We even had a bit of a music oops during our recessional, but they edited the music over the video to make it look/sound completely flawless.

The delivery was extremely timely - we received our films about ten days after our wedding. Obviously, this would depend on how much footage you have and what you've ordered, but we definitely did not expect such a quick turnaround.

We are already trying to figure out an excuse to head to Calgary/Banff for another shoot - RMS exceeded our expectations in every way and we highly recommend them for your wedding videography!
