The hardest story to tell is always your own, so here goes nothing! My name is Art. Let’s just soak in the irony for a second. Or is it serendipity?
I grew up in Burlington and was raised by an insanely loving and supportive family who always pushed me to explore my passions. When I learned how to play piano by ear on a dollar store toy, they signed me up for lessons. When I showed an interest in drumming, well, they regretted every day of my adolescent years after that. This led to an irreversible string of creative pursuits that in retrospect, ultimately led me to where I am today -Sipping on this home made, double shot Americano. Black. Slightly below room temperature. Typing up the always dreaded “about me” page for my new wedding film company.
Currently, I live in Stoney Creek, with my crazy adorable Boston Terrier, Troia. When I’m not filming weddings and working as a freelance video editor, I spend my spare time at the gym (camera gear is heavy), enjoying all the meals at some of Hamilton’s amazing restaurants and dog cafes (she is truly spoiled, I know) or seeing what old stuff is new at the local antique markets. I’m a lover of interesting design, vintage camera lenses and vinyl records.
Now that you know about me, what’s your story?
