Our wedding was in June and we received a draft video but had requested changes after being asked by our videographer and the company if we would like anything changed. Since then we have been ignored for 2 months even though our invoice is paid in full. We have not received all of the footage that was included in our package. We are so disappointed as we now do not have footage of our vows, speeches and special dances as well as all the other special moments of the day.

This company is a scam! They took my deposit in March for my Sept wedding. They were supposed to have a consultation with my husband and I about a month before the wedding to discuss vision & strategy. My wedding planners emailed/called/left voicemails for the 30 days leading up to the wedding, all to no avail. We were forced to pivot to another videographer 2 days before the wedding because we saw all the reviews online of them scamming other brides and we knew they wouldn't show up. On the day of my wedding, they have the nerve to send my wedding planners an email asking if we were still on for today. It was obviously a bluff, they had no intentions of sending anyone, they just used that email to try to fight me when I went to my credit card company to dispute their deposit for services not rendered. They have done this same tactic to numerous brides and some are in legal proceedings with this company. Steer clear of this company!

Don’t go to this company! They have terrible work. Got married on May 21st 2022 and till now haven’t get our videos. They said they only give links where I can download my videos no flash drive no dvd’s. Worst part is their link isn’t working at all. The day of my wedding their videographer are not knowledgeable enough to do their job good thing I have the best photographer that needs to tell them what to do ( too bad my photographer doesn’t have videography ) I was upset too that they went to eat first before my guest! Even the cater was shocked that why they went to eat first than the guest.
