We got married at Vieni Estates in August 2023. We cannot put into words how amazing the venue and team are at Vieni. Every step of the way they were kind, accomodating and trustworthy. We worked primarily with Meghan and Kwesi, both of them worked tirelessly to make our day amazing. On the day of our wedding, a few small issues came up with our outside vendors and Meghan went above and beyond to make sure the issues were handled discretely. We found out about these issues the day after the wedding, and never would have known anything happened. The food was amazing. We selected the Caprese Salad, Cheese Ravioli, Stuffed Chicken Breast and New York Striploin along with the Tiramisu for our menu. Everything was perfect, we received great feedback from our guests as well. The staff all day were amazing, from bartenders, bus drivers, servers during reception.. we cannot thank Vieni enough for everything and we highly recomend them for any event, especially a wedding. -

We had our wedding at Vieni Estates this past August, and let me tell you, it was stunning! From the friendly customer service, to the top-quality food, and the beautiful vineyards surrounding the winery... this venue was exceptional. Mackenzie, our coordinator, was a dream to work with and she really wanted every little detail to align with our vision for our wedding day. Something that we really enjoyed was the brand-new outdoor patio, making the perfect ambience for guests during cocktail hour. Vieni also has a stunning pond in the back with rolling hills and mature trees, the perfect spot for pictures. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Vieni and would highly recommend this venue to future couples! -

My husband and I got married at Vieni Estates in June of 2024. We had booked our venue 2 years out so we had a long relationship with the planning team. From start to finish they were attentive, understanding and responsive. We had the BEST day - everything truly went to plan. We were hoping to get married outdoors but unfortunately it was raining the day of our wedding. The staff at Vieni were quick to re-arrange our ceremony to be indoors and it was absolutely beautiful. The value is definitely worth your money - the food was DELICIOUS with very generous serving sizes. The open bar had limitless options when it came to different cocktails and specific requests from our guests. The washrooms are beautifully kept, the bartenders were quick and the servers during the event were awesome. Truly we have no complaints and absolutely loved having our wedding at Vieni! -

From the initial visit, my now husband and I absolutely loved the venue and staff. The ceremony site and reception hall was/is breathtaking and blew all of our other venue visits out of the water. We originally dealt with Kwesi and shortly after continued our plans with Meghan who went on maternity leave and we ended our planning with Mackenzie - all of which were professional, accommodating, personable and just amazing. Even between switching with coordinators, they were organized and on the ball with all of our details. Mackenzie was without question, phenomenal! Our zoom meetings were great, she made us feel comfortable and answered any and all questions. She was so so responsive with our emails - many emails - and was even reachable via text, no matter the time of day.
The day of the wedding Mackenzie was unable to attend but assured me I was stacked with 3 incredible coordinators - can confirm 100%. They made the day flawless. Our timeline was perfect and if there were any issues, I wasn't aware of them. From the moment I entered the venue with my bridesmaids, they were there instructing us where to go, when, and if they could assist in anyway. Their presence and support was top tier.
ALL staff were amazing! From the shuttle bus drivers, waiters to the bar staff, we received tons of compliments regarding their professionalism, quick service and overall demeanour.
Our extended family stayed in the huge on-site airbnb and they were thrilled with the in-ground pool, massive living room/seating area and kitchen. -

I cant even begin to express how incredible our experience was with Vieni. From the moment we toured Vieni when looking for wedding venues we fell in love and knew this was the place we wanted to get married. You truly won’t find another venue quite like this one!
The entire team at Vieni was unbelievable to work with. Everyone is so kind, attentive and hard working. The bartenders, the caterers, the coordinators, each and every one of them went above and beyond! We were able to enjoy the entire day and relax because the team was so amazing.
Mackenzie was there during our entire wedding planning journey to help make it our dream day. She was there for multiple calls to go over everything in detail, she provided us with SO much insight and planning tools. She helped us plan out every little detail and was there on the day to guide us through everything. The day would not have gone as perfectly as it did without all of her help. We can’t thank Mackenzie enough!
The food was absolutely incredible. We received so many compliments on how great the entire four course meal was. We had many dietary restrictions and Vieni went out of their way to accommodate each guest. Everyone was very satisfied!
Vieni owns two BNBs, one being on site and the other being close by. This made it so convenient for my husband and I to each have a getting ready location. The BNBs are also stunning. It was the perfect place to have our rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding as well.
The entire venue is absolutely gorgeous! There is a beautiful pond at the back of the winery to have your ceremony. The venue has shuttles to bring everyone to and from the ceremony location. After the ceremony the shuttles bring you to the cocktail hour location which is a stunning area surrounding the barn that has a large canopy for everyone to get shade and enjoy their wine. The reception takes place inside the breathtaking restored barn. You truly won’t ever find a venue quite like this!
If you are looking to have the most perfect wedding day, we cant recommend Vieni enough! Thank you so much Mackenzie and the entire Vieni team! -

We got married on June 28 2024. Mackenzie and team made our dreams come true . Everything was absolutely perfect. We were confident we chose the perfect venue. Leading up to the wedding it became clear we did. The planning process was stress free and we truly appreciated every effort made by the team. We’ve had so many compliments from our loved ones on every aspect of the wedding! The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the staff, the decor, the BNB’s. Thank you! -

We had the pleasure of working with Mackenzie as our wedding coordinator at Vieni. Mackenzie was not only quick to respond to questions, but was also extremely accommodating in making our day as special as possible, and to meet our vision. The venue and staff were both professional and detail oriented. It was amazing to hear from guests that all dietary needs and special requests were taken care of, with no confusion. The day and evening ran seamlessly thanks to the care and attention of both Mackenzie, Madison (on the catering-side of things) and the staff at Vieni. We had the most magical day thanks to everyones hard work and support throughout the planning and on the day, and can't thank Mackenzie enough for all she did for us! -

We got married June 15, 2024 at Vieni and it exceeded all my expectations!! We had the ceremony out at the vineyard site and reception in the barn! Highly recommend if you can renting the BNB on site too, was the perfect spot for the rehearsal dinner and for the girls to get ready morning of—was beautiful!!! The food was amazing, everyone kept telling us how impressed they were, the wine and all the bar items were incredible—the bartenders day of were so much fun and made special requests and cool cocktails/shots everyone loved them!! Throughout our whole experience dealing with Vieni from start to finish all the staff members were amazing, especially our day of coordinator Mackenzie. She was incredibly helpful, easy to talk to and get ahold of, kind, fun and made the whole process including day of completely stress free and enjoyable! So lucky we got to work with her and highly recommend requesting her if you can!! Overall Vieni was a dream wedding venue and we had an absolutely perfect day!! Thank you to everyone who was involved it is a day we will never forgot! -

My husband and I got married on July 22, 2023 at Vieni Estates and we could not have been more thrilled with our experience. From our first site-visit at Vieni, to the food, the events team and the front office staff - it was a pleasure speaking with everyone who worked there. Every time we asked a question, we got an answer within 48 hours and they were also very flexible and willing to figure out a way to make whatever it was we were asking for happen. They had some of the best pricing I could find and their elevated barn aesthetic was very unique but elevated for the region. The food was incredible, we are still getting feedback months later about what an amazing day everyone had. Their B&B on-site we used for our rehearsal dinner and for my bridal suite and it was so convenient to only have to walk across the parking lot on our wedding night. We also booked one of their other homes just down the street for my family and it was stunning. I cannot recommend this place enough! You will not be disappointed if you're thinking of booking your wedding or other special event here. PLUS their wine is awesome and so affordable - they need to get a wine club so I can subscribe.
